Bio
Kim handles Customer Success at GoRescue Brands, Inc.  She ensures our clients are well-served and equipped to handle emergency situations when they occur.  Kim takes pride in assuring fast accurate order processing and ensures clients are satisfied with their purchases.  Kim thrives in fast paced environments – her background includes progressive leadership at the American Lung Association to the level of Deputy Executive Director, as well as Coordinator and Manager roles at other small businesses in Birmingham,  

She has a diverse set of administration skills that lend themselves to success with our fast-paced, client-centric workplace including, AP/AR, project management, customer support/service, shipping and receiving.  She is always ready to help in other areas when needs arise.

In her free time, Kim enjoys attending church, spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, and reading.  She enjoys relaxing at the beach and the mountains.
